Deaf Awareness	Usually run as a 2 hour session exploring the issues faced by deaf and hard of hearing people. We also offer strategies to enable your organisation to improve the experience of deaf and hard of hearing people when they interact with your staff.
Introduction to British Sign Language (BSL)	Usually run as a 3 hour session beginning with a Deaf Awareness session as outlined above. We then move on to provide some basic understanding of signing including the manual alphabet and some simple signs - "please", "thank you" etc
